Before using sawdust to grow flowers, it should be fully fermented. Use fine sawdust, mix it with garden soil in a ratio of 1:1, add a small amount of fruit peel or animal excrement, put it in a bag and put it in a foam box. After watering, seal the bag mouth and put it in the sun for fermentation. In the hot summer season, it takes about 1-2 months to ferment. In other seasons, it takes 2-3 months to ferment. After completing the fermentation, the bag can be opened and used when there is no odor. Do not bury sawdust directly in the soil as it will continuously decompose and ferment in the pot soil. Direct use can easily burn down the root system and be very detrimental to plant growth. Adding a small amount of sawdust to the soil can improve soil structure and enhance the permeability of soil, resulting in better plant growth.
